Jakarta - The annual general meeting of shareholders (AGM) PT TelkomIndonesia Tbk (TLKM) agreed to organize the Board of Commissioners andthe new. The new board of directors is the choice of the Minister of State-owned enterprises (SOE) Dahlan Iskan.

The following directors and commissioners of the new Telkom after theresolution of the Annual General Meeting today at the Pacific Place,Sudirman Central Business District (SCBD), Jakarta, Friday (11/05/2012)was.

Director of Consumer: Sukardi Silalahi
