Delicious Lunch menu of Tana Toraja

Still of Tana Toraja. This time I will invite you to know the joy of one of the specialties of my tribe, Kapurung. This culinary food made from materials that consist of vegetables, fish, and sago. Sago raw materials also can be replaced with starch. This culinary I like since I was little.

Vegetable ingredients that are often used in the manufacture of these foods are: Spinach, Long Bean, Kale, Heart Banana and corn. For other materials, namely: milkfish, anchovies and peanuts.


For making us pestle rough land all fish and beans then inserted into the vegetable mixture earlier. Finally, add the sago starch or flour in the dough as frontman cook meatballs. So that later the sago starch and great frontman shaped like a lump of paper glue. For the marinade we use onions, garlic, onion prey, salt and other flavorings according keinganan us.
